Hello, Samarpak is looking for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join innovative, fast-growing company. The position is based at Pune office.

Our client is a leading power quality solution provider currently looking for an experienced, accomplished, self-motivated Electrical Design Engineer to maintain and support our industry-leading products and systems.

The Electrical Design Engineer will work across a variety of functional groups that are directly involved in engineering, product development, implementation, and international contract manufacturing partners.

The ideal candidate is an inventive problem solver that is capable of working through technical challenges and employing pragmatic solutions.

Responsibilities and Duties :

1. Perform detailed calculations to establish standards and specifications
2. Inspect installations and observe operations to ensure compliance with design and equipment specifications and safety standards
3. Use computer-assisted engineering software (AutoCAD) to perform engineering tasks
4. Support manufacturing department with product development and testing
5. Provide quality assurance for ongoing projects
6. Keep current with the latest technical innovations in electrical engineering

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering required
• 2-3+ years electrical design engineering experience in capacitor or allied products.
• Competent in the use of electrical engineering software
• Strong understanding of electrical manufacturing processes
• Able to problem solve and troubleshoot as the need arises
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Must have basic knowledge of MS Excel
• Expectations: She must be sound in academics.
